BEAUTIFUL and gives old Hollywood vibes! Dress originally had a plain black tulle cape and I removed (I am a professional seamstress) then added the silver and gold glitter cape for a more Pageant feel. Hem has been shortened 4.5” and I added black horsehair trim to hem to stiffen it. I am 5’8” tall and wore 3.5” heels with a 2” platform sole. Size 10 (I usually wear a 12/14).
