2nd Annual Mister and Miss Halloween Spooktacular Community Service Awareness Pageant

The Mister and Miss Halloween Spooktacular Pageant is a pageant hosted by the 2024 Miss American Coed Sunshine State Sweetheart, Kylie Wray Sutcliffe, to help spread community service awareness with her platform, "Fun and Film with Kylie", by collecting toys to donate to Toys for Tots for the upcoming holiday season.
Pageant Deadline: October 18th, 2024 @ 11:59pm.
ABSOLUTELY NO GLITTER. THIS IS NOT MY RULE. This is the site's rule.
The FIRST 10 contestants to register and pay in full will receive a special Tiara that no one else in the pageant will receive and it's ADORABLE! That's right. You don't pay more, but you benefit for paying early!
EVERYONE will receive a title (Queen, Empress, Countess, Duchess, Princess, etc. King, Emperor, Count, Duke, Princess, etc.), a crown, and a RHINESTONED sash.
EARLY BIRD SPECIAL:
Enter by August 31st @ 11:59pm to save $25 and only pay $75 for the base entry. Entries after August are $100.

The first sibling/daughter will receive a $25 discount and any other sibling will receive an additional $5 off.

Base Entry: $100 and includes the following:
On Stage Competitions:
Beauty - DOES NOT HAVE TO BE A PAGEANT DRESS! Can be any dress that you feel confident it, fits adequately, and is age-appropriate. The dress will not have a bearing on the overall score. You can use a homecoming dress, Sunday best, pageant dress, prom, etc. Dress can be short or long for every age division. Boys can wear Sunday best, Suits, slacks, shorts, pants, etc.
Outfit of Choice (OOC)/Casual Wear: Halloween Costumes PLEASE DO NOT FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE BUY ANYTHING TO COMPETE. USE WHAT YOU HAVE.
Included Optionals with base fee: There will be a lot of optionals awarded for each age division including Prettiest Eyes, Best Personality, Prettiest Hair, Prettiest Smile, Best Stage Presence, Most Beautiful (for girls), Most Handsome (for boys), Best Attire, and Best Outfit of Choice.
No routines required. Walk of Choice. Music will be provided. Group line up at the end of each age group for Beauty.
Off Stage Competition:
Photogenic- Includes 1 photo. The photo can be any type of photo. Natural, Glitz, Full body, Headshot. Additional photos can be added for $5 each additional photo. Pictures should be 8X10 and turned in at registration. The winner in each division will receive a medallion.
People's Choice: The contestant with the most votes win! $1=1 vote. Votes can started to be sent in now all until before crowning the day of the Pageant. There will be an area set up especially for People's Choice votes. Please do NOT forget your photogenic photos because this will be used at the People's Choice table for votes. Cash will be accepted on the day of the pageant. Winner receives a 5-foot trophy, crown, and sash.
Humanitarian: Jaliyah is fighting a rare cancer and needs our support. The contestant that donates the most to her Gofundme or can send the payment to me (whichever is easier) will receive the Humanitarian title with a crown, sash, AND a FREE entry with ALL optionals at the next pageant hosted by Fun and Film with Kylie.
Most Charitable: The contestant that donates the most toys is awarded Most Charitable, the highest title in the pageant with the biggest crown.
Everything listed above which includes an option for the most coveted title of Most Charitable, Photogenic, Divisional King or Queen, Humanitarian, and other included optionals, and a trip to the prize table.
Additional Optionals: NOT REQUIRED AND DOES NOT COUNT TOWARDS QUEEN/KING SCORES
Academic achievement: $10
Contestants will send in copies of any awards achieved such as honor roll, citizenship, report cards, etc.
The winners will also receive half of the revenue collected for Academic achievement entries in CASH!!!!!
The MINIMUM amount awarded for Academic Achievement winners:
1st place $30
2nd place $20
3rd place $10
Talent Optional: $15 The winners will receive half of the revenue collected for talent entries in CASH!!!!! If we have 20 contestants at $15 each, that's $300 collected. The winners will split $150 cash. The MINIMUM amount awarded is:
1st place $40
2nd place $30
3rd place $20
The MORE contestants that register for the Talent and Academic Achievement Optionals, the more CASH awarded .
Mamatition: $25 If you're the type of mom that really doesn't want to do a beauty walk but wants to share a special moment with your loved one, join the Halloween OOC wear for only $25!
Daditition: $25 for the awesome supportive pageant dads bringing their girl's dreams come true to also show off your Halloween Costumes by strutting your stuff!
Supreme Optionals: $25 This includes Photogenic Supreme and Ultimate Grand Supreme for the highest overall girls score and Ultimate Grand Supreme with photogenic supreme for the highest overall boys score. (More Supreme Titles will be awarded/added based on entries such as Mini grands, Grands, etc.) You can be double-crowned.
MOCK INTERVIEW: $10. Feedback will be after crowning and you don't have to be a contestant register. Individual times will be given out the week of the pageant.
ADMISSION FEE: $10: 13+ $5: 5-12 Everyone will need to purchase an admission band besides the contestants.
Registration starts at 9:30am and ends at 10:30am; the facility will be open for wardrobe, hair, and makeup by 8:00 am. The Pageant will start around 12pm. We will not delay the pageant except in the case of a medical emergency. Judges are told it is at their discretion whether to deduct points when a contestant is not on time. Everyone's time is valuable and we want to keep the pageant going at a moderate speed for the babies and little ones.

DEPOSITS: $50 can hold your spot and the rest of the fees will be due by October 18th. No refunds unless pageant is canceled.
Sportsmanship: We're trying to have a fun environment. Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated and that contestant/representative of the contestant will be asked to leave, forfeit an eligibility for an award, forfeit the prize table, and will not be allowed back. Let's embrace each other and be there for each other. I hope this this the beginning of an awesome experience for local girls and boys. Let me know if you have any questions.
DISCLAIMERS: The judge’s decisions will be final. With your registration you are agreeing to allow photographs to be taken and used for promotional purposes after the pageant. NO emcee cards will be accepted without a signature acknowledging that you agree to the rules of the pageant. Fun and Film with Kylie, Tabitha Sutcliffe, and/or the Wakulla Community Center are in no way responsible for any accidents or injury that may occur before, during, or after the pageant. Any contestant, parent, or family member demonstrating poor sportsmanship will be disqualified. This will be strictly enforced.
