The Winter Jubilee Pageant is the inaugural event of The Radiance Honors Group, a premier scholarship organization committed to recognizing excellence in confidence, leadership, and community service. Held on Saturday, January 17th, 2026, at Fisher Auditorium at IUP in Indiana, PA, this high-quality competition celebrates youth from Baby to Teen divisions. Our system emphasizes leadership development, mentorship, and giving back, with a special focus on supporting children in foster care. Competition categories include On-Stage Interview, Formal Wear, Holiday Wear, and Talent/Art Submission. Contestants compete for generous scholarships and a prestigious title package.
