Over the course of a year-long mentorship journey, nominees engage in monthly growth sessions, personal development assignments, and intentional sisterhood. The experience culminates in a powerful, in-person retreat just before the pageant—a time of connection, spiritual refreshment, and preparation to step boldly into their calling.
