As you many already know, getting ready for a pageant can take a whole village. From hair to makeup to gowns to interview prep, you need all the help you can get to capture that crown. One of the often disliked parts of getting pageant ready is going to the gym. Admittedly, it can be harder on some days than the others to get up, but that is why we hire a trainer. If you are just working out on your own, a trainer could definitely help push you beyond what you think you can do. To locate a trainer near you, we can help. Visit our Personal Trainer Directory to begin your search. If you're a pageant personal trainer, create an account and list your services in our directory.
Every year Pageant Planet compiles a list of the best pageant personal trainers from the previous year based on our Best in Pageantry Awards. Not only will this list help you find your next pageant personal trainers, but it can even assist when finding the pageant personal trainers best suited for your pageant system.

“There are not enough good things that can be said about Elite Fitness and more specifically Krystle Key. I have worked with several trainers across the country over the years, then in Dec 2018 I started training with Krystle. She has completely changed my life. I have never met a personal trainer as amazing as she is. Her knowledge on fitness and human anatomy is astounding. She constantly studies and researches articles and books on health and fitness in order to continue to give her clients the best most accurate information.
She has the ability to gage an individual’s weaknesses and build a program specifically for them to get the results you want! I never thought I could push myself like I can until I met her. She has the most encouraging spirit and continuously builds you up. Krystle also has an immense appreciation for the uniqueness to each body, there is no worry that you won’t see results at any point if you’re working with her. Perhaps the most unique quality to Krystle is her ability to lead others, men women and children of all ages and shapes. I have seen her transform people mentally and physically time after time.
People including myself have come to her broken and never thinking they can reach ultimate fitness. And after the first warm up your hooked. When you are around her you just gravitate in her direction knowing this is someone who really knows what she is talking about. Because of Krystle I’m in the best shape of my life and continue to set goals and reach them week after week with her expert guidance. Krystle is an asset to this industry and truly any industry regarding fitness. If you have fitness goals don’t waste your time with anyone else, go to Elite Fitness and ask for Krystle Key! You will not regret it.” -Dobriyin Orrock
