What Shipping Methods Are Available?
All products are shipped using one of the major shipping companies in the United States. Dependent upon the supplier relationship, your order may be shipped using USPS, UPS, or Fedex.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At this time, we are unable to ship our product selection outside of the United States.
We do ship to all of the 48 contiguous United States as well as Hawaii and Alaska. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged a $10.00 surcharge due to the increased cost of shipping to these territories.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Most packages ship directly from the supplier within 48 business hours of the order being placed and arrive at their shipping destination within 5 to 10 business days of the order being shipped.
Tracking information will be provided via email as soon as it becomes available from the shipping company so that you are able to track the arrival of your package.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal as forms of payment. The major credit cards include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AmericanExpress.

How do I place an Order?
Placing an order is as simple as choosing the product(s) that you want to purchase, adding them to your cart, then proceeding through the check out process.
You will enter your billing information, shipping address, create an account, and finally enter your payment information before confirming the order for shipment.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, you should have the option in your account. If you are unsure how to proceed, please contact us and we’ll assist you in making the cancellation or change.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need an account to place an order although we highly recommend it as it provides for the ability to track your orders on our site.
You are more than welcome to check out as a guest. You will see the option for completing your order in this manner in the checkout process.
How Do I Track My Order?
Tracking information will be provided via email for all orders once it is available from the shipping carrier.
Once you have the tracking information, you can simply navigate to the shipping carrier’s website to track the shipment and estimated delivery date of your order.
